This is provocative question which every person usually ask to avoid the pushing from a person against him or her. When a person ask this, it means he or she is giving up and let you give the point of what you want for them. This is a dead end of long argue and debate. Since  child it is better for you to force your children to try giving their opinion into the family meeting. Yes, we should hold family meeting to discuss important thing for the entire family.
